  • Twilio — Our text messaging and communications platform used to send and receive SMS messages. Twilio processes your phone number and message content to facilitate delivery.
  • Airtable — Our operational database used to manage fleet data, booking records, and service coordination. Your booking and contact information is stored securely in Airtable.
  • OpenAI — Used to power automated responses and assist with guest communication. Message content may be processed through OpenAI's systems to generate timely and helpful responses.

We require all third-party service providers to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and to use your information only for the purposes of providing their services to us.
